My law practice includes assisting students and their parents in elementary, middle school, and high school, file administrative claims when a school district fails to follow a 504 plan instructing the school district on what accommodations are necessary to accommodate the student’s disability.
Please note that I do not negotiate the content of 504 or IDEA plans and I do not handle due process hearings.
In addition, my law practice includes assisting college and other post-secondary students request and implement accommodations as well as representation in administrative proceedings when a college, university, vocational, or other post-secondary school refuses to accommodate the student or see what accommodation works best for the student.
Finally, I represent blind and visually impaired students under Title IX at the administrative, trial court, and appellate levels.
