Update, Gloucester County School Board v. G.G.

The Supreme Court vacated its judgment on March 6, 2017 and remanded the case back to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals for further consideration due to the Department of Education’s February 22, 2017 rescission of  its prior  guidance promulgated under the Obama administration that Title IX included transgender people in its definition of “sex“.
