The Law Office of Adria Lynn Silva, L.L.C. represents students and employees in a public school or public or private university internal investigation of claims of gender discrimination (including pregnancy discrimination and family status discrimination), equal pay, harassment, or retaliation under Title IX – whether the employee or student is complaining about discrimination or is a witness in the investigation.

The Law Office of Adria Lynn Silva, L.L.C. also represents students and employees in a public school or public or private university internal investigation of claims of race discrimination, harassment, or retaliation under Title VI- whether the employee or student is complaining about discrimination or is a witness in the investigation.

Ms. Silva represents employees of public school districts and public and private universities or colleges in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) and students employees of public school districts and public and private universities or colleges with Title IX (gender/sex) and Title VI (race) discrimination claims in administrative proceedings before the Office for Civil Rights (OCR).

The Law Office of Adria Lynn Silva, L.L.C. only accepts a limited number of employment discrimination where the employer is not an educational institution, including claims involving retaliation; pregnancy discrimination; and disability and religious accommodations. The Law Office of Adria Lynn Silva, L.L.C. does not accept federal employee cases.

In addition, Ms. Silva represents homeowners and tenants who are requesting a reasonable accommodation for a disability from their landlords or homeowners association and customers and patrons who have a discrimination claim against a place of public accommodation like a movie theater, hotel, restaurant, or gas station in administrative proceedings.

Finally, Ms. Silva represents employees, homeowners and tenants, customers and patrons, and students in litigation in court and at the appellate level.
